- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 5 minced garlic
- 2 minced shallots large
- 2 pounds quartered baby bok choys
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
How to Cook
- Take a large skillet, start medium high flame and add oil to it. Swirl the oil carefully and coat the entire surface of the pan. Add the garlic and shallots and for 2 minutes stir them continuously until fragrance comes.
- Add bok choy to the pan. Pour some soy solace and sesame oil and toss it to cover all the veggies. Cook it for 2 minutes atleast and uncover the lid and toss it.
- Cover against the veggies and cook for approx 3 to 4 minutes until bok choy is fully cooked.
