Ingredients for Indian Curry

- 2 Large Potatoes
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- Salt as per your taste
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- ½ Tsp Garam Masala
- ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ Tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 Mini Pepper
- 5-6 Fresh Green Curry Leaves
- ¼ Cup Coconut Cream
Method To Prepare Potato Curry
Step 1: Peel the vegetables (carrot, potato and onion) and cut the carrot and potato into small pieces. Cut the onion and pepper into small pieces.
Step 2: Gently crush the garlic cloves.
Step 3: This recipe will require a small saucepan. First, add the small pieces of potato and carrot to the saucepan. This layer should be covered with the chopped onion and garlic. Don’t stir the vegetables.
Step 4: Add some enough water that is needed to cover the mixture and rest it to bring to boil
Step 5: Reduce the heat to medium flame and cook for approximately 10 minutes with partially covered.
Step 6: Make sure the carrot and potato are tender and add salt to taste
Step 7: Now, add the spice powders and sliced pepper.
Step 8: Stir everything together and let it simmer for one more minute. Now it should be thickened.
Step 9: Take the curry leaves and tear them with your hands. Add the curry leaves to the curry, then the coconut cream. Mix until well combined and heated.
Step 10: Garam masala can be sprinkled on top. It will greatly impact the flavor of the curry.
