Ingredients:
- ½ kg Cubed Paneer
- 100 ml oil
- 4 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
- 4 ground onions
- 2 tsp black mustard seeds
- ½ tsp nigella seeds
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 8 chopped green chilies
- 3 tsp turmeric powder
- 200 ml curd whipped
- 2 tsp kashmiri mirch
- 3 tsp dry mango powder
- 2 tsp sugar
How to Cook
- Take a frying pan, add oil and heat it. Add fennel seeds, fenugreek, nigella and cumin seeds and stir them.
- After 20 seconds, add onions & green chillies and stir fry until golden.
- After that add some turmeric powder, garlic and ginger paste and fry for at least 1 minute.
- Pour good yogurt and add red chili powder, sugar, dry mango powder and salt and stir it well.
- Now, cook all the mixture until oil separates.
- Add paneer to the gravy and add around 150ml water and give a good boil and season it with herbs and serve hot.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chickpeas
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp mango powder
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp powdered clove
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp dry ginger
- 2 tsp powdered cinnamon
- 2 tsp carom powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
How To Cook:
- Soak chickpeas in the water with some baking soda and keep them overnight.
- Rinse out the water properly and wash them again.
- Take a pot and add chickpeas and water and boil them.
- Now add some salt, red chili powder, mango powder, cumin seeds powder, dry ginger, black pepper powder, carrom powder, coriander powder, powdered clove, and cinnamon powder.

Kashmiri Rajma Recipe Easy Ideas for Lunch

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups kidney beans
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- ⅛ tsp asafoetida
- 1 tsp dried ginger powder
- ½ cup clarified butter
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp dried ginger powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri garam masala
- 2 tsp salt as per your taste
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
How To Cook:
- Soak the rajma overnight in water.
- Drain the water and take a pressure cooker and add some salt for about 15 minutes.
- Take a frying pan, add some ghee and heat it.
- Add asafoetida and cumin seeds to ghee.
- Add sonth, dahi and ginger, with jeera splutters and stir it vigorously all the time.
- Saute the gravy until the fat separates and add salt, green chili, chili powder and rajma. Saute it for a minute.
- Add 1 cup of drained water of cooked rajma in the gravy.
- Simmer it for 8 to 10 minutes and add garam masala, dhania powder to it. Simmer for another minute and serve hot with coriander leaves garnishing.
