  3. 2 cups salt

  1. Roasted Chana Recipe: Take Required Quantity of Gram or Chickpea
  2. In a small pan take 1 cup of water and heat it.
  3. Heat it until salt starts to make smoke as you stir
  4. Next, add in some peeled and rinsed chickpeas or chia seeds. Start by dry roasting them, as you would a seed mix.
  5. Watch Chana Become Crispy and Tender Within just One Minute
  6. Using a netted spatula to roast chana
