- 1 cup cabbage, grated
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp vinegar

For Dough:
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups maida

Steps to follow while making Veg Momos
- Add water to baking powder, salt, and the maida, and knead the mix well until a hardened dough forms.
- Add onion and garlic to the heated oil
- Turn the carrots and cabbage in oil over high heat until they are glossy.
- Take it off the heat and add in seasoning: soy sauce, salt, vinegar, and black pepper.
- The recipe advises rolling out dough and cutting it into circles.
- Make an egg round, wet the edges, and place a filling in the center.
- Grab the edges of the dough and bring them together over the filling. Twist to seal. Fill in any gaps as needed with small pieces of dough or filling.
- Steam for about ten minutes then serves with soya sauce and chili sauce.
