Banana Bread Recipe: Grandma Style

01 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

02 In a large bowl, mash the bananas.

03 Add the flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and baking soda, and mix everything together until well combined.

04 Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, and bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

05 Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Keys to Remember

The key to making moist banana bread is to use very ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter they are and the more flavour they will add to the bread.
