Weekend Recipes: Restaurant Style Paneer Fried Rice and Schezwan Noodle Recipe

Paneer Fried Rice:
We all know Fried rice is a popular dish. It is usually made with rice, meat, and vegetables. In this recipe, we will use paneer as the main ingredient.
Paneer is a type of cheese that is usually cooked in a curry or sauce. We will fry the paneer until it is crispy and then add it to the rice. We also added some peas and carrots to give the dish a bit of color and flavour.

This fried rice recipe is easy to make and can be enjoyed by everyone in your family.
Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and add paneer cubes in it. Saute paneer for one to two minutes and then remove them from the pan. Now heat the Kadhai or deep pan of oil. Add sliced onion and cup spring onion. Sauté on high flame.
When the onion looks translucent, add finely chopped garlic and finely chopped ginger. Sauté for a minute. Further, add chopped carrot, capsicum, and shredded cabbage.
Stir fry all the veggies on high flame until cooked but try to keep them slightly crunchy for the good taste. Now add red chilli sauce and some soya sauce. You can add chilli sauce according to your taste. Also, add black pepper powder and mix very well.
Add cooked rice and sautéed paneer. Stir the rice very gently on high flame. Add salt as per your taste. Lastly, add green spring onion and coriander leaves. Mix gently. Switch off the flame and paneer fried rice is ready. Serve Paneer Fried Rice when it’s hot.

Schezwan Noodle:
Now let’s go for our second easy lunch recipe which is a delicious Schezwan Noodle Recipe. This recipe is simple to follow and will have you cooking up a delicious bowl of noodles in no time. All you need is some chicken, peas, onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
Once you have all the ingredients prepped, it’s time to start cooking. Begin by heating up your oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add in your chicken and cook until cooked through. Next, add in your peas and onions and cook until tender.

Finally, add in your garlic, ginger, and green chilies and cook for another minute or two. Once everything is cooked through, stir in your soy sauce and cornstarch until well combined. Serve warm and enjoy!
